The project serves as an international cultural bridge designed to promote Roots Tourism (Turismo delle Radici), export authentic Italian identity and culture abroad, promote Apulian culture, and strengthen ties with communities of Apulians and Italians around the world. We bring Apulia to the world and call for the return.

Bringing the authentic essence of the Apulia region to the world, professional musicians from the Apulian Diolovuole Band and elite culinary experts offer a unique, themed sensory experience for each evening of the sensory experience blending music, cuisine, and traditions.

The culinary team features master chefs who are esteemed food and wine professionals and faculty members at the prestigious IPEOA Culinary and Hospitality Institute of Molfetta. In a virtuous cycle of talent promotion, they will be supported by an exceptional kitchen brigade selected from the institute's most outstanding and meritorious students.
